Christian Kloot
Personal Trainer
Christian Kloot was born in South Africa and grew up in Columbia. He developed a love of movement early in life and competed in swimming, rock climbing, Crossfit, and Olympic style weightlifting. Christian received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of South Carolina.
After graduation, Christian began working with athletes in a sports-performance setting and gained a keen eye for proper biomechanics. He found that teaching someone how to move properly was the best way to elicit permanent positive changes in their body.
Over the years, Christian began working more with the general population. He found that most people live with aches and pains that they chalk up to “just part of getting old”. Christian found tremendous value in exercise to help correct poor posture which results from lack of proper movement. Applying resistance training in an intentional way can, over time, open the body and restore natural, uninhibited movement. Christian’s purpose is to help others become comfortable in their bodies and proficient in movement, setting themselves up for a healthy, lifelong relationship with movement and exercise.
