Gerard grew up in Columbia and has maintined an active lifestyle from an early age. He values the principle that keeping yourself in motion is the best way to maintain a healthy body and mind. One of the most exciting parts of fitness to him is getting to explore the vast variety of training styles and assist individuals in determining which style best serves them and what style they most enjoy.

Over the last several years, Gerard has found his home in strength and conditioning and developed a love for group atmosphere. His enthusiasm for active living fuels his desire to help you take control of your health and fitness by trying different approaches to becoming the version of yourself that you deserve to be.
