Reese is a NETA nationally certified personal trainer who has spent over 10 years working in the fitness industry. She also holds specialty certifications in group fitness, yoga, strength training and recovery and myofascial release. 

A former magazine writer and health columnist, she still enjoys providing educational resources on health and fitness through her blog and social media channels.
